WELCOME TO CARIFIKA Network for Sustainable Network (CNSD) Nigeria

Enhancing Nigeria's Development

Carifika Network for Sustainable Development (CNSD) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting inclusive, people-centred, and sustainable development across Nigeria and other parts of Africa. The organisation was established to respond to persistent development challenges affecting vulnerable populations, particularly in areas of health, education, livelihoods, humanitarian response, and social inclusion.

CNSD works at the intersection of community engagement, innovation, and policy, ensuring that development solutions are practical, culturally relevant, and locally owned. The organisation adopts a participatory approach that places communities at the centre of programme design and implementation, while leveraging partnerships with government institutions, development partners, civil society organisations, and the private sector.

With a strong focus on evidence-based programming, CNSD integrates digital tools, data, and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to improve service delivery, decision-making, and impact at the community level. Our work prioritises underserved groups such as women, youth, internally displaced persons, and low-income households.

Through its programmes, CNSD aims to strengthen community resilience, improve access to essential services, and contribute to long-term social and economic transformation. The organisation remains committed to accountability, transparency, and sustainability in delivering measurable outcomes that align with national development priorities and global development frameworks.
