CARIFIKA Cameroon. is a national, community-rooted, Afrocentric and Pan-African–Caribbean non-profit organization dedicated to the cultural preservation, economic empowerment, social stability, and institutional development of African and Caribbean peoples living in the Kenya.
CARIFIKA Cameroon exists to organize what already exists—our people, businesses, skills, culture, ideas, labor, and collective power—into a structured ecosystem that enables prosperity, dignity, self-determination, and meaningful partnership with governments, institutions, and other communities.
While grounded in African and Caribbean identity, CARIFIKA Cameroon is intentionally inclusive and collaborative, creating space for partnerships with local cultural groups, private enterprises, academic institutions, and policymakers.
Our Mandate
CARIFIKA Cameroon. is mandated to:
- Build a national network hub for people of African descent
- Develop community-based systems in cities across the Cameroon
- Support African and Caribbean entrepreneurship and enterprise
- Promote inter-community cultural and economic collaboration
- Partner with governments on immigration, settlement, funding, and policy
- Act as a trusted intermediary between community and institutions
